Our expertise in custom fabrication allows us to offer a variety of fabricated products along with customized products based on customer specifications. Some of our customer fabricated products include:

Foundation and Rooftop Pads

  • Light-weight, non-corrosive composite foundation pads and panels
  • Offer easy installation and eliminate the need for lifting equipment

Structural Panels

  • Manufactured by vacuum molding using proprietary core technologies that result in high punching, shear and bending resistance.
  • Panel applications include decking, military, ballistic resistant walls, and telecommunication assemblies where reduced weight reduces installation costs.

Carbon Hardshell™

  • A vacuum molded product produced using vacuum infused carbon fiber fabrics by a two part epoxy
  • These parts are manufactured in 10 ft lengths and adhered to tower sections using two part structural epoxies

CableShield™

  • Aerodynamic covers that protect coaxial cables on the outside of tower structures
